Submit URL problems.

I can not submit my URL .Every time I fill out the form and hit the submit button,it takes forever to load then tells me the sight cant be found.Any ideas,Im kinda new at this computer thing and Im not sure if Im doing something wrong or if its the sight.Im also not sure Im asking for help in the right place if not please direct me to where I should be asking for help.Thank you, Joya

Hi! Submitting shouldn't be frustrating...!

 

Could you please provide the URL you're submitting and the category? Maybe there's something that we can see that will help.

 

... and, I'm new here myself but I bet that details like when you submitted and other help might get an more intelligent answer! <grin>.

Are you using any strange 'net filters? enthusiastic proxy server (anonymizer?), intrusive spyware (Gator, etc.) -- anything that interferes with the natural IP sort of flow?

I was trying to submit www.STONEPONYSOAPCO.COM, I was trying to put it in the handmade soap category a subcategry of shopping.I tride at several diffrent times of the day early,late for the last two days.thanks for your help hopefully someone can see something im missing.

No I dont have any thing like that on my computer,not that im real sure what it is but I dont use any thing that sounds any thing like that.Thank you for your help,I will keep trying hopefully it will go through eventualy.

Try submitting it in lowercase letters.

 

I just submitted it now and had no problems - it turned up okay on the editor side too. We have just changed the URL adding page - try refreshing the page first to make sure you aren't using a cached copy.

I tried refreshing the page and putting the url in lower case letters and Im still getting the, web sight not responding page.It seems to take along time after I hit the submit button and then just web page not responding.Ill keep trying but I dont now what ealse to do. Thank you for your help.
