Connection refused...?

For about an hour or so I'm getting a "Connection refused" message when trying to access http://dmoz.org/

 

Anyone else the same problem? (I have no problems accessing other websites, including http://chefmoz.org/ ).

For the people who can't read editor hangout at the moment: It is said to be up again after about 3 hours.

http://www.resource-zone.com/ has not been accessible for several hours, until a short while ago. Confirmed with four other editors spread around the world. Working OK now. Welcome back.
