Editor, Editall, Meta

I've read the FAQs, but could someone explain what these descriptions mean - and the little yellow flags on editor's names e.g. A for a meta editor.

With regards to the little flags, a person with an "A" flag is an Administrator in this forum. A person with an "M" is a moderator.
