Unless I'm very much mistaken it's a site set up to upsell to a number of paysites with no real content of its own. The minimum number of pictures for an image gallery is 20 - I couldn't find 20 full sized pictures on your site. Some parts of it still appear to be under construction too (like the forum). As it stands, as attractive as it is, it will not get listed. If it's still unfinished and you have a way to go, you can always re-submit it to our European category which is here: http://dmoz.org/Adult/Image_Galleries/Ethnic/European/Free/E . I could not find it sitting in unreviewed in the first category you pointed out - the second one is simply to big to check.
