Guest Igor Posted September 9, 2002 Posted September 9, 2002 About 5 weeks ago I submitted www.apollo-hotel-cyprus.com to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Middle_East/Cyprus/Localities/Paphos/Travel_and_Tourism/Lodging/Hotels/ - but there was no editor. 2 weeks ago I moved up the hierarchy until I found an editor in Regional/Middle_East/Cyprus/Travel_and_Tourism and sent a polite email asking if the site could be reviewed. I have not received a reply. Could an editor give me an idea of how things are moving? Thanks in advance.

Guest Igor Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 I noticed recent movement in the category, in as much as a couple of sites were removed. I presume that was merely a cleansing excercise. My site remains unincluded and I am loath to ask, but has it been rejected?

dfy Posted March 7, 2003 Posted March 7, 2003 There's no indication that an editor has looked at your site, it's still in the queue. If you're picking up a visit from your logs, it may well have been our automated robot that crawls through to check that sites are still alive.

Incidentally, I upped a site for inclusion the other day and it was accepted within 8 hours <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> I suffered a minor cardiac; the client wasn't so fortunate - general seizure. Upon reflection, I may have been a little hasty with the great news <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> . Whoever included Avanti Limousines within http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Berkshire/Reading/Transport/Limousines_and_Shuttles/ I thank you.
