There is a subcategory especially for vacation apartments and houses: World/Deutsch/Freizeit/Reisen/Unterkunft/Unterkunftsvermittlung/Ferienwohnungen und -häuser. You should have submitted your site there, but I will move your application to that category. So there is no need to resubmit. Please be patient; your site will be reviewed.
