sinu前辈，你好，我刚申请进论坛不久，刚看到你的贴子，应该有较长的时间了，但看到跟贴的真是不很多。首先我很欣赏你现在的编辑员的工作。呵呵……
我的编辑员申请应该正在被审核员的审核过程中吧，呵……。
我以前是学农业的，毕业后进入基层工作，最后离开政府出深圳寻找更大的空间。我生在农村、长在农村，一直希望像我父母亲一样的长辈能在辛勤劳作这余得到回报，但农业的回报真是令农民较为失望，当然与地理环境，当地的政府工作人员的引导都有关系。
我想问一下，我帮与我没有关系的，我们县城的政府网站提交可以吗？提交相关的柑桔网页。因为我以前就在我们县最大的柑桔产区的镇政府工作，并任桔柑办公室主任一职。我衷心希望家乡的桔柑能更好的发展。特别是去年30%的桔园（约3万亩），全部因冬天冷冻加病害，全部死亡，致使当地农业遭受重创！
我说这些不是希望搏得同情，以更好的收录，只是有感而发，因为那里是我的家、我的根！
请sinu前辈，我帮他们（当然是没有经过他们同意，也没有必要与相关人沟通，他们（政府）从来不会关心这一块，更不懂）提交这个网站，可以吗？

i also think the dmoz is not a tool of seo, and i alos announced the website is not mine, i'm just a little confused about the all of editors could not find so much new website. maybe, the work is free so sometimes you have to ignore the reality?
do you know the meaning of recommendation? about the agriculture website, all of the editor could not find one, so you told us, in china, no each website of agriculture is valueble? that's sorrow or joke?
i also think if alex could change itself, in the future, being surpassed by quantcast.

Who is "I" you mentioned? Why don't you consider that you could also become an editor, and help find many new good websites for the directory.
The reality is that we need more people join DMOZ every day. We don't expect people to post their sites here because it couldn't change something for the directory's quality. If you really would like to contribute for the category, you have got a lot of good sites to add, I suggest you should apply to be an editor. It's not a good place to recommend sites in R - Z.
