Ah, but the problem is, there IS no one experienced at "getting their sites listed."
Because "getting my sites listed" is not something the ODP systems are set up to do. And they don't really allow it.
What they allow is "getting sites on a given subject listed" -- which is a very different thing. And they're very good at that.
