Changed URL?

To go on what hannes says, one of my domains is registered with one company, but hosted by another. The host gave me the details for setting the domain to point directly to the web space.

Anyhow, this discussion has pretty much run its course so I'll apologise for posting this, but I hope these are useful.

AN UPDATE: As a direct result of this discussion, I have changed web hosts and my site no longer is a redirect as of today. I hope the good folks at DMOZ will now change the URL from http://krinsky.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk back to http://www.annekrinsky.com.

OK, the correct procedure now is to submit an "Update URL" request. If you haven't done this before, you do it by going to the category where the site is listed, and clickcing the link labelled "Update URL" in the top right of the screen. Provide all the information there, including the fact that you have changed your host.

An editor will review the request.

You might want to put a message up at http://krinsky.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk that says that your new url is what it is so the editor who reviews the change request can verify it. As it stands now, or at least when I looked at the old URL you have mirror sites.
