Is there a way to update the title and description of my website? It doesn't even contain the word cosmetics.

You simply go to the top right hand corner of the page that your site is shown on, and click the "Update_URL" link. However we will not change listings just to add keywords.

You may certainly submit an update request, but bear in mind that editors will not change listings for the purpose of getting keywords into either titles or descriptions. The description currently contains the words "beauty products" which encompass cosmetics.

more then 10 days past but I steel can't see my website in this directory: http://www.dmoz.com/Regional/Middle_East/Israel/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/
When will dmoz update this directory?

We don't know - hopefully soon. But note that external data users like Google don't depend on the category pages on http://dmoz.org/ - they can obtain fresher data.

Have a look at Computers: Internet: Searching: Directories: Open Directory Project: Sites Using ODP Data.

I don't know whether your site is already in the database currently available to external data users. But new ones are compiled regularly.

As mentioned above, that category is extremely backlogged...there has been no change and I would guess there won't be for quite awhile. There are hundreds and hundreds of other suggested sites also waiting to be reviewed. I would wait at least three more months before inquiring again.
