PM me with what offended you... I stand by what I said but maybe you are reading something in a way not intended.

Thank you

for taking the time to answer, 1I.
I have not a lot of patience reading thru all of the FAQ's but I know others will (I have read all of your comments though and can see how you've won last years award ;) .
I have added a link to the Real Estate Guidelines on my forum and submitted myself here which may or may not be the best of categories for it (please let me know if the 2nd is the case).
Thanks.

Interesting. One of the members seems to have dropped herself it the doo-doo already.

I submitted one of my sites at one point in time but I can't remember when so I haven't posted a request yet. So I'll wait until my newest site is completely finished before submitting it & mark the date down so 6 months later I'll know when I can ask about it.

Someone please pass on the message that the newest site is rejected before it is even submitted. Submission of multiple (more than one) related (anything about real estate in any way shape or form) sites can get all sites from the same stable permanently excluded. It is one of those areas where people create and submit complex networks of related sites, we can't spot which is the original, so the whole lot gets excluded.

If someone creates a replacement site there are two methods of getting that one substituted. If the old site is listed then submit an Update URL request from the category page, ensuring there is a statement somewhere on the old site to confirm the changed URL (include a link to the statement in the request). If not already listed, then come to this forum and tell us - someone will reject/exclude the old submission leaving the way clear for the new one to be suggested.

It's not quite time for the voting to begin yet. But I would be willing to bet that oneeye will serve a second term. :D

Unfortunately there is no real competition - a close race would be nice. If justice was to be done then Dogbows will be Nicest Sweetest Editor 2005, a far more prestigious award. ;)

Is there a lot of competition for that category? :D

Surely the nicest, sweetest editor is the one that just gets on with it and does mess with mind games?

Its good to see that the volunteer editors, manning this web forum in their *spare* time, and faced with a constant barrage of negative comments, are still able to maintain and manifest a sense of humour....

I say keep the banter running lads and lasses, I, for one, enjoy it.
