How do I change my site's description?

If I have a blue widget can I post to a category under Rainbow Widget?

If there was a blue widget category (most likely as a sub-cat of rainbow), then you send it there, it belongs in the most precise category.

If there was no blue, then rainbow would be fine, since blue is in the rainbow.

If however there was a Thingy: Widget: Green and a Thingy: Widget: Red but no Thingy:Widget: Blue - then it probably should go to Thingy: Widget
