Well, shadow, the part about being almost as good as mine, was just a joke. Your avatar really is neat, but then again, it seems that everyone in this forum has really good avatars.

I was just agreeing with ya DB.

Mine was a quick design I came up with. Yours is very fitting (and "cute" like you say) so I tend to agree that yours is better.

Now if I switch back to using my 1 year old sons pic then I will have fight'en words with ya if you still think yours is better ;) .

Never, ever, would I think my avatar was cuter than a one-year old. But, I have three grandkids, and I might argue that they are cuter. lol

Don,

The custom avatar option does not work for me, also. I should be showing as an editor, (hopefully). Could you check?

Thanks!

Did you ever ask to be upgraded to editor status?

No matter now, I just did it. In theory, you should now be able to add a custom avatar.

Thanks brmehlman!

I was wondering why "editor" was not showing up under my name in the posts! It now works. :D

Thanks again!

Visit this link and download the Irfanviwer. Then go to this plug-in link and download the plug-ins. It is a great free program that takes most any image and allows you to instantly resize it to any avatar pixel size and then save it as an avatar/icon. I use it for creating slide shows too. Great program.

for me. LOL

I see, and I suppose a dog could never eat a spiffy skunk in a purdy purple bow. And you can actually change the color of that bow, yourself. :)
