My company has been trying to get listed in your directory for about 3 years now, but they've not tried in the last 16 months.

The [site name] for the company is [URL Removed] and you will see it is an accredited course and writer on the site. I am the Network Admin here, and was wondering if anything I can or should do "this time" to get you the right info?

You can not try to get listed. The only thing you can do is suggest a website. An editor will look at the suggestion and decide if it is listable. When such a review will be done is something we do not know. It could be tomorrow, next week, next month or even over 2, 3 or more years.
Once a site is suggested that suggestion will never be removed from the system until an editor reviews it. For that reason suggesting a website more than once is not needed and can even be counter productive.
