Any entries in the higher category have been removed - do not make multiple submissions of the same site to different categories please. And don't resubmit the same sites to the same categories - all that can possibly achieve is delay.

They will be listed after an editor has reviewed them and found them suitable for listing. That could be tomorrow, next year, the year after, there is no way to predict. Once you know the sites have been received just check the categories from time to time to see if they have been listed, otherwise it is simply a matter of patience.
