Site seems to have been up and down for some months. The site has also been removed from the Yahoo Directory: http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum35/943.htm .

No!! That was a totally diferrent URL!

Now I am talking about http://www.home-based-business-opportunities-guide.com I Paid $299 to list it in Yahoo and It was accepted. It's very rare for my site to be down, almost never according to the hosting company.

So, what do you think?

What giz and dargo21 are saying is that it is the same *site*, just hosted at a different URL. If the site based at the first URL wasn't worth listing, it's doubtful that the same site at a different URL is more worthy.

Guys! The old site was a totally different one I don't know why you mix things up, the old URL was homebiznet.net it's sold now and it has nothing to do with my current URL!!!

home-based-business-opportunities-guide.com Is a single URL with it's own contents has nothing to do with any other sites or URLs or Domains...

home-based-business-opportunities-guide.com was declined by Dmoz editors, I made a lot of changes for example I removed all affiliate URLs, more contents, unique stuff and services were added. So before I re-submit it I would like one of you guys "DMOZ Experts and Editors" to tell me if my site now might be rejected again or not, by simply pointing to the things that dmoz editors will hate in my site "If there is any ;-)"

That's the situation. And thanks a lot for your time and your replies. You guys are really helpful.

Yep, It's a directory and sites listed in my categories open in a new window so people wont leave my site. All directories do the same thing. Is it a disadvantage?

Besides, There are a lot of other marketing tools and resources. not just a directory.
