You should avail my expertise on Hinduism(sanatana dharma is real name).

You would have received reviewer comments with that application, which detailed the reason(s) why it was turned down. The general idea is that the prospective editor figures out how to fix the issue(s) for the next application they make.

Your forum may well be listable but not until it has around 10K posts and has been going for at least 18 months, or more. Forums need to show longevity before they are listed.

Just read the reply very carefully and try again making any change you think is needed.
People who apply to become an editor are expected to be able to do this by themself (without any help on this forum) as it is a task similar to the tasks editors will have to do on a daily basis.
