ok, here is what happens with subcategories - when enough sites are collected in the category above it, a new category is created and the sites moved down there.

We will not create an empty category.

Hope this explains.

Empty Category

Dear Editor/ Member,

The following category is empty:
Top: Regional: Asia: India: Rajasthan: Transportation

Although some of the sites have been suggested, we look forward for prompt updations.

A category is empty usually because sites used to be listed there and, for one reason or another, got moved or delisted.

an23in, if you have sites to suggest to a category, feel free to suggest them using the "Suggest a URL" link on the category page. If a particular subcategory doesn't exist in the area you want to suggest a site, suggest it to the nearest higher category (e.g. to suggest a school to the Bikaner locality, use the "Suggest a URL" link on the Bikaner locality page) -- if enough relevant sites are found, an editor will eventually subcategorize them.

There is really no need for you to keep coming here telling us where you think there should be subcategories and what sites you've suggested to what categories. Just suggest the sites and let the editors in the area take care of them. Continually posting about them here isn't going to get it done faster.
