If you don't know exactly when you last suggested it to that category, I'd suggest you start counting from now and come back in 1 month.

Jonathan-Ferguson.tk Domain Name Forwarding is currently having Technical issues.

When my Domain Name Jonathan-Ferguson.tk is back working, I'll again have Domain Forwarding to my self-hosted Internet Site at http://3706743994/Jonathan-Ferguson.html

Is my Internet Site's submission able to be reviewed as http://3706743994/Jonathan-Ferguson.html, yet still be listed as Jonathan-Ferguson.tk, even though it's current Domain Name Forwarding is to members.dodo.net.au/~geoffreyferguson/Robots.txt?

Absolutely not. But don't worry about it now.

Get your domain name act together, resubmit the actual name (not a redirector, please, and hardcoded IP addresses are a very bad idea), wait a month for the smoke to clear, and then check the status. There's no point in us trying to track something that much in flux, considering it may be months after we make an edit that our licensees receive it.

It's waiting for review in that category. As mentioned above, the .tk URL won't be listed, and in addition, at the moment the site doesn't work... so you may want to make sure it does

Jonathan-Ferguson.tk is still working for me.

Why can't a TK Top Level Domain Name be listed(Which is for the Country of Tokelau)?

I also own Jonathan-Ferguson.com Jonathan-Ferguson.net & Jonathan-Ferguson.org which I haven't yet setup DNS Records for, but I will be using them to forward to Jonathan-Ferguson.tk anyway.

Actually, I shouldn't have said that it won't be listed - the editor who reviews the site will check to see which is the real, non-redirecting URL at the time of review and list that one if it is listable. My comment was based on your stating that it was a forwarding domain to members.dodo.net.au - but if that has changed and the .tk domain is the real, non-forwarding one, then that is not an issue.

Oh I'll bite.. does the site actually have anything to do with Tokelau? Just using a .tk domain is not enough to qualify for a listing.

If it's not relevant to Tokelau then I'm afraid you're just wasting your time.

The frameset its using tries http://3706743994/Jonathan-Ferguson.html which also fails.

To be honest, you are wasting our time with this site. Make it work should be your primary purpose. This forum is not to deal with this type of issue, try asking for help in one of the webmaster forums.
