I don't have a login for the site so I really can't judge its content properly but the description in and of itself you have referenced does not violate the said guideline. The site may or may not be listable but the description (if it matches the site) is quite innocuous. Torrents are leagl and have many legitimate uses, and there is a lot of music, e-books and audio books that are legitimately distributable for free. The criteria in this case would be the actual content of the site.

I'm sorry but I can't provide you with an account for the moment. I managed to upload a screenshot of their current top10 in the Win Apps Category which can be found here:

This should make clear that that site is not quite legal.
Please also consider that I do not have any malicious thoughts. I'm just a member of that site and wanted to help a little since the admins already have many many things to do. After they found out about the text
google lists for that domain they tried to change that by using another meta description.
But, as it turned out, google takes the data from dmoz which is why I'm here to change that. Just wanted to clarify that
If the screenshot is not enough, please tell me what is needed to remove the page from the dmoz index. Nobody affiliated with that site wants it to be listed and there should be a way.
