Now I'm really intrigued. I have a lot of different toolbars in my IE which have some effect on the codings of the HTTP_USER_AGENT. I tried again with an IE having no add ons and still get a dead link. Either a regional server is out or, the Fed's don't like my IP address.

Any other ideas?

It loaded for me in Firefox. I held my nose and tried to load it in IE7. It loaded for me, but was extremely slow. It paused about halfway through. Does it pause or partially load for you?

It loaded just as quick in all three for me. I have quite a few 'tool bars' on IE to, although I hardly use it as I feel exactly as gloria when I do-gotta hold my nose. ;) and I haven't had a problem loading it. I have considerably more 'stuff' on my firefox than anything else and it loads just fine there too. Strange.

Site Content Does Not Match Category. I also couldn't find anything resembling the title of the entry in the site. The site appears to be selling poster sized artwork. I couldn't find a greeting card anywhere.

Ad Lib Greetings - Artwork categories include animals, portraiture, floral, landscape, still life, and handmade.​

I didn't have a chance to try anything over the holiday weekend but tried it again tonight (www.fitness.gov) and it still won't load. It looks and feels like any other dead link. I will get to the bottom of this.
