The "access denied to editors.dmoz.org:8081" issue appears to be substantially fixed. If anyone is still recieving these errors frequently, please let us know.

Tried again on 9/26 -9/27 -9/28 to submit this same site. Nothing but a dead screen (blue bar going nowhere) or a 404 error. I promise everyone that I will do a cartwheel when this finally gets submitted.

Finally was able to submit the morning of 10/2 with no problems, in fact it was quite speedy. Kudos to the tech staff - server dude - network dude working behind the scenes. Judging from the overall performance improvement of the whole directory, they must have done something wonderful.
