If it is pending in an inappropriate category, an editor will not list it anyway they would instead move it to an appropriate place.
As a side note, in case you aren't aware...your site was listed in August in:
http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/China/Provinces_and_Regions/Zhejiang/Shaoxing/
