The RZ Reputation system

OK, now I feel really stupid... I can't figure out how this system works!
I know how to give reputation to someone else. I know (thanks to pvgool his excellent explanation) how to view how many "points" I received myself. But where can I read the messages people left me? And how can I see who was so kind to give me positive reputation? Or is that anonymous?

If anyone had left you reputation or comments, you'd see the latest one on the main page for your user control panel. As far as I can see, no one has left you any.

Members with the listing of "editor" "editall/catmv", "cateditall" do not have access to the admin control panel. There is a category that editors have exclusive access to, they can have personalized avitars, but that is about it. They can not see comments left for other users - just themselves, like all users do.

I would have thought that the custom member titles said it all, unless you thought that maybe we were secretly giving all editors administrator privileges without flagging them as administrators.
