Yes. Threads in this forum are regularly spidered by various search engines including Google. Not much you can do to avoid it except not post here (too late for that for you, I'm afraid. ).
I'm afarid it's a common mistake. I should know better, but I started a discussion about one of my sites and a competitor's in an SEO forum regarding targetted keywords. That thread now shows up #1 in Google when someone searches for the keywords, kind of embarrassing. One should always remember that forums are public.
