When does a Category is abandoned by Editor?

By golly, S.H. i believe you are on to something.

The editor dashboard should only have a single button:

'Next random site" and clicking it delivers a totally random unreviewed URl from within his or her permissions.

They can either edit that site or press the button again for another totally random site.

Then we can start massive conspiracy theories as to how the random sites are generated.

And, we have simplified status reporting: "It's in there somwhere" becomes that ultimate catch-all status.

Yes, I can see it now: some big-time spammer investing a few hundred dollars of his ill-gotten gains systematically submitting domain names with random strings of letters to see which ones got processed first.

I'll be ready for a refresher course. Of course, we haven't even gotten to the social aspects of the system. And there experience dominates theory. In the meantime, maybe you could be working on your hometown's ODP category ...
