But my actual site, is it really at the TOP of the queue? Or is it still in a longgggg line?

It's *in* the queue. Editors can choose to go through the unreviewed queue in any way they want. Some choose date order, some choose alphabetical order (lord knows why) and some choose random order. I like to go through publishing the ones that were submitted properly in the first place, thus rewarding people that read the guidelines, and punishing spammers.

So in short, it doesn't matter where you are in the queue, someone will get to the site one day.

Yes, it is. I know I made a mistake by not submitting it earlier, but can somebody PLEASE with editall privilidges just go in there and check it out for me?

We could, but that would be disadvantaging all of the other people waiting in the queue. It wouldn't be fair to to them to let you get in first just because you're nagging.

3 MONTHS AND WAITING! WHATS GOING ON?!!? My customer wrote this to me:

it's nov.14 and were still no where with the listing of the site.i'll be away for
the next 2 weeks.i'm really disappointed that you did not do everything you
said you would do. it's over three months since you completed a beautiful
site which no one could find or use . i never would have spent the money
if we couldn't use the site as you said we could.please make this right,i know you have tried but as i said if i knew you couldn't get us listed anywhere i never
would have paid to have a site developed.

See http://dmoz.org/add.html : You should not rely on any aspect of a site's inclusion in the directory.

If it helps, you can let your client now that I am willing to personally refund him the amount the ODP charged him for submission. Luckily we don't charge $299 unlike another web directory PLUS, unlike them, we have a full money-back guarantee and don't re-bill you the same amount year after year.

In other words: don't promise what you can't deliver. The problem is between you and your client (you not being able to give them what they paid for): the ODP is not involved....

I find it odd that the Logical Media website makes no mention of you as an employee, but the registration details for rbauthority.com list you as the owner and admin contact. If I didn't know better I would assume that you own the domain and have had it designed for you by Logical Media, but you insist that you are just the designer and not the owner. How does that work?

But whats the STATUS???????????????
The same as it was a couple of weeks ago (and for the record, it's only been a smidge over 2 months since you submitted, not 3 months). I know it's not the answer you want but it's the only answer there is. It's in the queue and it will be reviewed when it's reviewed.
