newbie to e-commerce, I think I may have messed up

Is there anyone or anything that will be done about the violation?

I report all the "really bad spam" to the ftc. (you know fishing) would they do anything about something like this, or is it just hopeless?
It sure feels like "theft" of a sort.

I did not post the website address because I did not want to advertise for them, however would it be better to post the address so that others might be aware of who they are?

There's probably no violation. They probably do what they offer to do -- put the ad on their own copy of the ODP.

It's just -- chances of it ever pulling a customer are pretty negligable.

I'm not the person to talk about ethics in marketing: theologically I have to believe it is possible, but what it might be is simply beyond my conception... So I'll stay out of it and let figure it out he who can.

I wanted to see a larger picture of the Avatar.
I was hoping that it would enlarge if I clicked on it, then there were all of these profile things as I went over the name. I did not know those where there.
I have filled mine out now

I wish I knew how to make a moving Avatar, thats pretty cool.

There are currently 8065 active logins.
Added: I should qualify that. Active means ODP active. Meaning the editor has made an edit in the previous 4 months.
