It's fine here still. Though it's not a goot idea, some sites refuse pings, indeed all icmp traffic so ping isn't always a great indicator. It sounds like there may be a routing problem or your IP may be blocked by the site.

2743 and 2744 are done.

#3 on 2743 is a directory of directories - IMO it provides sufficient content to be listed.

Depending on the site it, is perfectly ok for it to be listed in both a topical and regional category. It is also not uncommon for the titles and descriptions to vary slightly between the two.

As for the second site ownership, that will have to be addresses by someone who can edit in those categories.

Changed title to that which is on the site. Descriptions will vary, even for the same website, depending on what category the site is listed in.

Both descriptions appear appropriate for their locations.
