I looked at these 2 sites and the whois history. The posh-madness.biz site shows it has been owned by the same company since 2004. Archives show the same information. You site shows it was registered in September 2006. Right now they look like mirrors, I don't see a hijack. Could you provide me with information to prove this?

I guess I didn't describe the whole situation properly, the thing is that it is not the URL which was hijacked, but the site contents (stolen is a better word, though)

it's quite complicated, but:

- I AM the webmaster of the website called Posh Madness, previously found under the domain posh-madness.net and now victoria-beckham.biz
- the old URL posh-madness.net has been hosted on a server and a domain which were provided by my previous host (I could manage the site freely as long as the web ads of the host owners were placed on my website)
- then I decided to move to another server but the problems began when I realized that the domain name posh-madness.net doesn't belong to me
- then when the old host realized that I started moving and redirecting my visitors to the new URL, they changed all the passwords unexpectedly so that I couldn't manage the site any longer
- to make matters worse, they are still using my site contents which mostly remains my intellecual property (webgraphics - layouts etc) as they intend to still be earning on advertisements and they simply misguide my visitors
- posh-madness.net and victoria-beckham.biz aren't exactly mirrors as the old URL is no longer updated since 12th October 2006, victoria-beckham.biz is a continuation of the stolen website
- that's why the site has changed its URL and continues with a brand new address which is http://victoria-beckham.biz

I hope this brief description makes it clear and will make you capable to change the URL of the website called Posh Madness <begging>

Sorry this response has taken so long. From what you are describing, the issue seems to be one of copyright. Unfortunately, as editors, we do not get involved in copyright issues and you would need to take this up with the owners of the domain that you previously hosted.

From a strictly editing perspective, the newer site victoria-beckham.biz appears to mirror content of a site already listed and as such would not be listed. Should you be successful in your endeavors to have the first site taken down, you could then suggest your new site for consideration. Or, suggest an update using the “Update URL” link in the category (provided the script is functioning at that time).

Please understand that although we may sympathize with your situation, we are not in a position to make this type of determination when it comes to intellectual property rights.

Obviously I would like to get my site listed in this category but there seems to be a little country graphics persuasion.
Not accusing anybody of tilting the hand a little, worth you big shots taking a look at though.
Also, a couple of description baffle me, for example: Offers hand poured apothecary jar candles, containers and tarts. Greyhound rescue information, message board, and scent list, or Handmade candles, dead sea bath salts, body products and dog bones.
I thought this was a soy candle category.

Only if you were actually offering those products. An editor will attempt to describe what is actually found on a site. If the majority of the products are soy based candles, it would be conceivable to end up in the Candles/Soy category. I am not sure about the two site descriptions that you referenced – They were removed because the merchandise was not available for sale at this time. If/when the shopping functions return, the editor may decide that they belong in a broader category (or not).
