I encountered the following issue I wanted to bring to your attention:
Sophisticated Link Hijack. This is a sophisticated link hijack in that the first time you click the link (no prior cookie set), you are taken to a pay-per-click page. Press your browsers back button, click the link again and you'll be taken to the real site.
To reproduce this:
1.) Clear your browsers cookies.
2.) Click the title link. You'll be taken to the pay-per-click page.
3.) Press your browsers back button.
4.) Re-click the link. You'll be taken to the real site.
Note: If your browser is set to deny cookies, you'll always go to the PPC page.
Redirecting a visitor that does not have a site cookie to a PPC page may not seem like a big issue but I did some searching and the webhost company that is doing this
has over 4,000 ODP entries!
