We are not familiar with DMCA actually. If we decide to try filling a DMCA claim, where shall we start from? We know nothing about it.
If you can advise us how to proceed, it is really appreciated.

A Google search on DMCA yielded 961,000 results. Given that this forum is about ODP, rather than trademark enforcement, that might be a good place to start your search.

The advice you received early on is still valid. This is a matter between you and the other website owner. It is not our place to get involved, and trying to enforce trademarks and copyrights is not something we can be doing.
