There were 3 websites that I located that I was wondering if this would not be a violation of OPD guidelines.

www.lvrealty.net and www.realestatebyjacqulyn.com is 100% duplicate content and owned by Jacqulyn Richey the same person and is listed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_Amer...s_and_Economy/Real_Estate/Residential/Agents/

Also the website www.las-vegas-homes-and-real-estate.com and it is listed as Marcus and Michell Dupree. That website has been sold to another agent within another company. Should this listing be allowed to remain in place as the title of the website has changed and the orginal owner.

Thank you for your time. The answer will also clarify information that will enlighten myself and a few clients about duplicate content and ODP.

The Open Directory does not list mirror sites. Or at least not knowingly. Some slip through, so sharp eyes are welcome. And we do strive to keep listings up to date - a constant battle in the ever-changing Net.

The changes I just made may not appear immediately on the public side.

I am sorry but I cannot find any other instance of that URL listed in the directory. If there is some other mirror of that site under a different URL I am not aware of it. It appears that the site is listed in the proper category based on the location information. If there is a mirror listed of it please give us the category and the URL. Thanks.

It was removed the other day from http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_Amer...s_and_Economy/Real_Estate/Residential/Agents/

and I guess this one was just missed since it was in a different section of the directory.

Why should it be removed? You are going to have to be specific - if it is a mirror site you are going to have to post what site it is mirroring and what category that the other site is listed in.
