Can one company listed in two regional categories if offices are in both countries?

In rare cases yes. Usually this is only when the 2 locations are extremely remote from each other and the site has information related to the 2 locations (more than just an address and phone number).

The more normal approach would be to list at the level that includes the two localities (whether county, state, country, or even continent), but there is some leeway for sites which make nonsense of being listed at those levels - who would look for a two outlet pizza bar , one on the US side of the border, the other on the Canadian side, at Continent level? - in that case we'd list at the 2 locations, even though they are in different countries because that makes the directory useful.

2. Linguatec International Language Centers - Seems to me the title should be Bridge Linguatec.

3. Lirima School - A minor point, should the title be in English or the official one in Espanol, i.e., COLEGIO INTERNACIONAL LIRIMA ?

4. Saint John's School - Description all caps - Every single word in caps! Really getting picky, aren't I?

5. Universidad de Viña del Mar - I'm seeing this as the International Office Exchange of UVM (also maybe take out index.html)

1. Camilom is a lucky guy to get 2 of his same domain pages listed in the same cat, ie Camilo's Home Page and Slide Show, both with reciprocal deeplinks to each other.

2. Colombia Only Photos - I saw no photos here or much of anything else either.

1. Manuel Patarroyo - Third World Traveler - This is a site describing the research efforts of a highly controversial biochemist. He claims to have developed a 30% effective malaria vaccine in the late 1980's. According to the CDC, even now there is no current vaccine (See http://www.cdc.gov/travel/diseases/malaria/index.htm). Even after MP gave his "vaccine" to WHO for free, WHO apparently decided not to test it saying that 30% is not good enough. The description for this site is misleading; readers might assume there is such a malaria vaccine when, in fact, there is none. At the very least, if this site is going to remain listed under Health/, I think it should somehow be identified as one where MP's results are not universally accepted as fact. (Btw, this is an area where Bill Gates is throwing several hundreds of millions of dollars in an effort to produce such a vaccine.)

Manuel Patarroyo has been sent to a Health category for review as it had no specific Regional focus. It was not removed because of medical non acceptance, and will possibly be relisted with other appropriate sites in a Health category. As a general rule we dont make a judgement on a sites credentials, but would list it among all views on an issue, so the surfer can find sites that present both sides of a case.

I'm not totally sure of the policy regarding Regional listings, but from what I've read in ODP documents, I thought this was questionable, or at least not consistant, as other sites with very similar content are not listed in both categories. The http://dmoz.org/Society/Law/Organizations/Paralegals/United_States/Kansas/ category is the most appropriate location for this site.

As for #933, I don't see a problem. We often allow a listing in both a Regional and topical category. The fact that some sites could be double listed and aren't just reflects the fact that the directory is not yet complete - and will always be a work in progress.

Wrong phone number on 1clickguide.com

The phone number for the Satellite Airline Ticket Office at 1 E 59th St, New York, NY is incorrect (I know this for a fact). I don't know if this post is in the right place, but this directory seems to use ODP data. I would really appreciate it if someone could change this. The correct data is one of these:
Greyline NY Tours - 212-759-4205 - 1 E 59th Street or
Satellite Airlines Center - 212-486-9290 - 110 E 59th Street

Please email me if you know where else I should go to get this changed.

I've made a first pass through and updated the redirects.

Where those mini sites are the only sites for a particular agent or agency they may still be listable, depending on content. If this is the case they need to be thought of as hosted sites, in the same way that geocities hosts sites.

More checking will be required, and I'm too tired to do it tonight.
