Amazing Phuket 2000 not updated in over 5 years. Mostly photos and many links, like main entry on first page, not working or no information.

Phuket City, Site mostly in Thai and it's almost impossible to see the English language button, but I finally found it. Maybe list that link instead of the base url?

Phuket [Tsunami] Disaster 2004 - Forum for the tsunami closed on Jan. 5, 2005 - maybe time to retire the listing?

Phuket Provincial Administration Organization, 404 for the page. Root still exists but all in Thai, and I didn't see an English page. Also "paln" misspelling...

PhuketIndex.com - Owned by Guidevision.com which is also listed under Phuket//Computers and Internet/

#2422 - I have passed this one to our Shopping gurus.

[Edited to add] A Shopping expert reports that the site had prices and other information at the time of listing, but now it is not listable in Shopping and has been removed. It was the lack of prices (rather than product codes) that concerned me, as that is one of the expectations for a site in Shopping. Thanks.

Question to editor - there are a couple of unexpected host not found errors - but they all link back to the "same" company (two hotels and one it services run at one of the hotels as a business service). They've all been down for about 3 days - BUT I've not heard of any problems with the company so is it fair for me to assume that they are just having server problems albeit for an unusually long time?

If you want them listed I can but I think it's just a temporary glitch with their hosting (and since all three sites are the same chain - that would just be a single server problem)

Cancel the above - just rang them and they can locally access all the sites and I can't even access their corporate site (http://www.gryphonleisure.co.uk/) so it must be a problem my end.

Amazing Phuket 2000 is more of a personal site than anything else, to I have simply moved it.

Phuket City : I spotted the English version quite easily. We generally prefer to list the base url of muilti-language sites where possible.

PhuketIndex.com : I'm inclined to leave it. Having the same ownership as another site is not always the kiss of death.

The E&O - I really must return some day to the Grande Dame of Penang after its massive renovation of a few years ago. It used to be very affordable unlike its sister hotels of Raffles in Singapore and Strand in Rangoon.

The Gurney - Resort Hotel and Residences: Shouldn't this be called simply The Gurney? (Don't neglect to see The Northam at the bottom of the page, http://www.northam-hotel.com.my/ - probably owned by the same, but looks like two different hotels).

Hotel Malaysia (Penang) - Again, title Hotel Malaysia only?

Oriental Hotel Penang Malaysia - Title Oriental Hotel only?

Shangri-La - Hotels: Redirects to the root. Plus the very next Shangri-La listing is the one that should stay, imo. Noticed later that the name should be changed to Traders Hotel, Penang and that site is listed a second time under http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/Malay...lau_Pinang/Travel_and_Tourism/Lodging/Hotels/

Sunway Hotel Georgetown - There are actually two hotels shown at this url, Sunway Hotel Georgetown, Penang and Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya, Penang. I'd think they both should be listed.
