Troubles logging in to editor account

Hey there everyone,

I can't log in to my account, either, and the problem has been there for around 3 days now. That would be great if someone could have a look at this (My user name is 'appliedlinguist'.

Greetings btw... This is my first post on the open forums...

as with the others your access to the internal forum might take a while longer

Editor login problem

I also am having a problem logging in tonight. I have been able to log in to the editor dashboard until tonight. I have not been able to log into the forums at all. My log in is cj3b61.

Try again, please. If you were using a different password last week, please also try that one.

Login problems

I hate to post to this enormous thread with yet another login problem; however, if I do not ask for help I probably will not get it. I am a new editor user=birdog and have not been able to login since approved which was 6/7. I had a password reminder sent to my e-mail address using the username above. So I know my credentials are set up properly.

Any help would be great.

Approved but cannot login too

Sorry to trouble , I have to queue my problem to this thread.

Yesterday I received the mail of approvation of becoming an editor , user=cerinipablo , but I can't login and if I try the remind password function, I get the error message "Editor not existing".

Anyway , the approvation mail is here in my mailbox , I have not dreamed of it ... so I do not know what to do ... any help will be really appreciated .

Are you sure you received an email stating you were accepted.
I can see an application with the name cerinipablo that was made yesterday. But it is not processed yet.
You first did recieve an email asking you te reply. After you replied you will have received an email confirming that we received the application. That email does not mean the application was processed. First a meta editor will have to look at the application. It can take a few hours to a few days (soemtimes a few weeks) before it is reviewed.

I made my application in the first days of April and the e-mail I received yesterday clearly states that my admission has been approved , if you want I can post the mail here ( it is in Italian as I asked for application in a World -> Italian category ) . It is not the mail asking to confirm my mail address ... I' m really getting out of my head ... if this is a bug of Dmoz it does really hurt ... it is one of the most sadic bugs I have ever expericenced ... anyway , thank you for your reply .

Do not post it here on the forum but send it as a PM or through editor feedback on http://www.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/send.cgi?toeditor=pvgool
The email you received shourl hold your editorname and password. Please remove the password before sending the mail to me. Password may never be shared or send to other people.

Thank you again for your time and most valuable support . I forwarded the e-mail to you.
I tried to send it from the link you gave me but it gave me repeated proxy errors when posting . So I sent it to you as multiple PMs , as the maximum lenght of a PM is 3000 characters. I hope I have not flooded your box with multiple copies of the same message :)

I revieved the PM's and the emails.
Those proxy errors are annoying but the emails are send and will arrive despite the message.
